Day 01 : INDIA -
VIENNA
Welcome to Vienna to
start your exciting journey through Europe with us. Vienna is the Largest and
capital city of Austria. It is famous for its cultural events, imperial sites,
coffee houses and cosy wine taverns. On arrival transfer to the hotel (Standard
Check in time is 1500 Hrs in Hotel). Rest of the day is free at leisure. Later
transfer to Indian Restaurant for Dinner. Overnight in Vienna.

Day 02 : VIENNA –
SALZBURG
After Breakfast,
check out and depart for the Guided City Tour of Viennawith Entrance
toSchonbrunn Palace. Visit main landmarks of Vienna Ringstrasse, Vienna's main
boulevard, State Opera, the Parliament building and many more. Than we visit
the Schonbrunn Palace. The Palace is the summer residence of the Imperial Family
and it is considered as one of the most beautiful Baroque Palaces in the world.
Indian Lunch at Restaurant. Later drive to Salzburg. Arrive at Salzburg&
enjoy free time in the city center. Indian Dinner at Restaurant. Check in to
Hotel & Overnight in Salzburg.

Day 03 : SALZBURG –
ZELL AM SEE – SALZBURG
After Breakfast,
depart for a day trip to Zell Am See. This town is an important tourist
destination. Visit the Salt Mines & enjoy the free time on the Lake. Indian
Lunch at Restaurant. Later drive back to Salzburg. Arrive at Salzburg & go
for the Sound of Music Tour which makes you relive the favorite scenes from the
classic musical movie – Sound of Music. Indian Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight
in Salzburg.

Day 03 : SALZBURG –
CESKY KRUMLOV – PRAGUE

After Breakfast,
check out &depart to Prague. Visit the fairy tale town on the way for a
half day trip – Cesky Krumlov which has been a part of the UNESCO and Natural
Heritage since 1992. Local Lunch at Restuarant. Explore the Cesky Krumlov
Castle, the second largest in Czech Republic with magnificent Baroque gardens
where you can see a unique rotating auditorium. The castle was the seat of the
important & famous noble families such as Rosenbergs, Eggenbergs &
Schwarzbergs. You will see their historical furniture, rich tapestries,
paintings & the golden carriage. Later drive to the city of Prague.The city
of 100 spires on the Vltava River, Prague is the photographer’s delight. Indian
Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Prague.

Day 04 : Prague
After Breakfast,
depart for Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral.Castle District where enjoy
Walking Tour of Prague Castle & surrounding areaincludes Castle ground and
the famous Gothic style St.Vitus Cathedral. Prague Castle is the seat of
President of the Czech Republic and serves as the historical and political
centre of both city and country. Here St. Vitus Cathedral is the Spiritual
Symbol of Czech State and contains underground tombs of Czech Kings.Later we
have Lunch at Indian Restaurant.Later continue to the Guided Walking Tour of
Prague with Visit to On this walking tour of the City we will visit Lesser
Town, the famous Charles Bridge, Old Town of Prague and Astronomical Clock,
Jewish Quarter and Vltava River. Indian Dinner at Restaurant. Later transfer to
Hotel. Overnight in Prague.

Day 05 : PRAGUE –
BRATISLAVA – BUDAPEST
After Breakfast,
check out and depart for Bratislava. Bratislava, this capital of Slovakia
referred to as the beauty on the Danube. It boats interesting History and
centre of most dynamically developing region of Europe. Arrive Bratislava and
depart for Orientation Tour of Bratislava. Passby the main landmarks like
Bratislava Castle, Michael’s Gate and many more famous sights. Indian Lunch at
Restaurant. Later drive toBudapest – the capital city of Hungary which deserves
reputation as the ‘Paris of Central Europe’. Indian Dinner at Restaurant.
Overnight in Budapest.

Day 06 : BUDAPEST
After Breakfast,
depart for the City Tour of Budapest. Visit the major landmarks of the city.
Pass by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret
Bridge & drive to the Royal castle on the Buda side of the city. Also visit
the other famous sights of the city. Indian Lunch at Restaurant. Later after
reaching Budapest, enjoy the Evening Cruise on Danube River. Later Indian
Dinner at Restaurant. Overnight in Budapest.

Cancellation Policy-
Amendments
All cancellations /
amendments must be received in Writing to us either by email or Fax and has to
be followed by a phone call by a concerned traveler. Once received we shall
action the same in 24 to 48 Hours.
Any Amendments you
make after booking the tour will be treated as new booking and will be Strictly
Subject to availability and rates available at the time of changes requested.
If the same is made within cancelation period, cancellation charges will apply.
Also it is must to put this requests in writing and get confirmation is writing
from our side. For any amendment the company reserves right to charge Rs.5000/-
per transaction on and above any additional cost / amendment charges /
applicable
If you wish to
deviate your tour from the group on return to India the same is permitted. You
will have to pay Rs.5000/- per deviation plus difference of Airfare as per
availability of the date you wish to travel on. Pre - Tour deviations are not
possible on Group Airfare. If you wish to go earlier than Group Departure Date
than you are required to pay the difference of Individual Airfare and Group
Fare.
Any request to
Change the tour date will be treated as cancellation on the last tour and fresh
booking on the new tour. Cancellation charges will apply as stated above on the
tour you are cancelling. New Tour may have different pricing even though may
have a same itinerary and passengers are liable to pay the new tour charges.

TOUR COST, TAXES
& RATE OF EXCHNAGE : All our Tours are priced in two parts Indian Rupees
and Foreign Currency Amount (which is EURO / Great British Pound / Swiss Francs
depending on Tour / Destination you choose to visit). However the cost must be
paid in India before your departure in Indian Rupees only. Foreign Exchange
Amount will be converted to Indian Rupees with the prevailing rate of exchange
of respective currency on the day when you make final Payment towards forex
part.
TOUR COST, TAXES
& RATE OF EXCHNAGE : The initial deposits & initial payments will be
towards the INR or Indian rupee payments. Later, as and when you pay towards
foreign exchange component, the rate of exchange is counted towards the forex
rate prevailing on that day exchange rate.

AIRFARE & TAXES : All rates are strictly subject to availability at the
time of booking from Airlines, Hotels, Meals, Sightseeing, Coaches, Train
Tickets (if any) etc.

FOR PAYMENTS : Payments are accepted in Indian Ruppes only. Payments can be
made by Cheque, Bank Transfers, Demand Drafts, Cash and Credit Cards.

T&C- Visas
As an International
Traveler one is obliged to obtain necessary visas for their required Travel.
As your tour
operator we may give guidance to obtain for your visas but granting of the
visas are solely at direction of respective consulate / embassy only.
For the guidance we
will charge and that amount may include Visa Fees, Costs Incurred in the
Process.
The entire visa Fees
and Charges are non refundable and in case of non availability or denial of the
visas. You are liable to pay Visa Charges Stated by us plus any cancellation
charges (if falling in cancellation period). (Stated as above in Cancellation
Policy)
All visa must be
processed at least 75 Days prior to your departure date. We must get all visa
documents as per requirement minimum 75 days prior to your departure date to
Process visas on time for your successful travel however giving documents on
time does not guarantee visas or on time availability of visas.
All the Visa
Documents needs to be sent before 70 days (Or stipulated period) and incase of
non compliance of visa documents or late documentation passengers are liable to
pay Cancellation Charges.
Granting Visas and
Granting Visas on time is solely at the discretion of Embassy / Consulate. We
act only as a facilitator for obtaining Visas. Consulate may ask you or entire
family to appear personally for Interview or Biometrics. Any cost incurred for
this must be paid by the passengers only.
If you are unable to
travel on the Tour you have booked due to any error on the part of Embassy /
Consulate or Incorrect Visas or Delayed Visas you shall have an option to
travel on future date tour or change in your Individual Bookings. Amendment and
Cancellation charges applicable and are to be borne by the passengers only.
Consulates are not
in Ahmedabad. Your travel cost and arrangements for travelling to Delhi/Bombay
or any place due to personal calls Or submissions is totally on your account
only.
