ITINERARY
Day 01 : Bergen
Arrive at Bergen international airport. Transfer to
your hotel on your own and check in. later day is free at leisure. Overnight in
Bergen.

Day 02 : Bergen
Today after breakfast, depart for Bergen city tour by
using your hop on hop of bus pass. Make sure to visit Bryggen, the UNESCO World
Heritage–listed site. Bryggen and buzzing harbour as its centre piece, Bergen
climbs the hillsides with hundreds of timber-clad houses. Later you can opt to
go for a funicular ride up to the top of Fløyen Mountain for magnificent views
of the city. Overnight in Bergen.

Day 03 : Bergen
After morning breakfast, transfer yourself on your own
to Bergen port to take a cruise from Bergen port to Balestrand. Arrive at
Balestrand and check in to your hotel. Balestrand is known for wonderful light
and breathtaking nature. Artists from all over the world have traveled here for
inspiration, and traces of both English and German architecture can be seen in
the many villas. Later day is free at leisure. Overnight in Balestrand.

Day 04 : Oslo
After breakfast, transfer yourself on your own to
Bergen port to take a cruise to Flam. Arrive at Flam and transfer to Flam
railway station to take a train to Oslo. Arrive at Oslo and transfer to your
hotel. Later check in to your hotel. Overnight in Oslo.

Day 05 : Oslo
After morning breakfast, reach the departure point on
your own for Oslo city tour which covers Viking Ship Museum, Vigeland Park,
Polarship Fram Museum and Kon – Tiki Museum. Later day is free at leisure.
Overnight in Oslo.

Day 06 : Oslo
After morning breakfast, depart for Oslo airport on
your own for your flight back to India with wonderful memories of your trip.

Overseas Medical insurance is must for Schengen Visas
and Also must for Travel. The cost for the same upto the age of 60 years is
included in the cost. Additional cost must be paid for travelers of and above
the age of 60 years.
In some cases all medical reports may be require.
All services of the tour including changes in Schedule
of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company
reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or
tour tariff accordingly.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra. Please pay
EUR 3.00 per person per day to Tour Manager on arrival.

2nd payment 50% of the tour cost at least 45 days
prior
Remaining full payment 15 days before departure- 100%
of the tour cost.

60 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.50,000/-
59 to 35 Days prior to Departure 50 % of the Tour Cost
34 Days to 15 Days prior to Departure 75 % of the Tour

CANCELLATION POLICY- CANCELLATION CHARGES IN CASE OF VISA REJECTIONS
Before 60 Days of Departure:
If Schengen Visas rejected - Rs.7500/- per person +
service charge of Rs. 5,000/-
Within 60 Days of Departure:
Cancellation will be charged as per normal Tour
